Custom software and integrations, built when nothing you use already fits.
We start by connecting the software you already use. When nothing on the market does the job, we build it: custom integrations between your apps, plugins, workflows and tools made for one business. Our own builds include a review leaderboard with QR review badges, a client results portal inside our CRM and a virtual try-on for jewelry that is in development.
The decision we make with you
Does a tool you already use do the job?
Answer the first question to start.
- Live
Review leaderboard with QR review badges
Each team member carries a QR review badge. Customers scan it to leave a review, and a leaderboard inside our CRM shows who is collecting them.
- Live in testing
Client results portal
A results page in our CRM's sidebar: each client's results, work log, sent reports and requests in one place.
- In development
Virtual try-on for jewelry
Shoppers see a store's jewelry on themselves before they buy, several pieces at once.
- Internal tool
Lead-capture browser extension
Our team selects a post in the browser, sees a fit preview and adds the lead only when they choose.
Every card is a real build, described without client names. The try-on is still in development.
- Custom integrations between the apps your business runs on
- Plugins and add-ons for software you already use
- Custom workflows and internal tools
- An honest check first: if an existing tool fits, we tell you
Connect first, then build
Custom software has to be looked after for as long as you use it, so we look for a connection first: an app's own integrations, its API, Zapier or n8n.
If a connection covers the job, that is what we set up. We build when the tool you need doesn't exist, when a connection would break easily, or when the process is specific to your business.
Builds we can show you
A review leaderboard with QR review badges is live today. A client results portal runs inside our CRM and is live in testing. A virtual try-on for jewelry is in development.
We also built a lead-capture browser extension that our own team uses. The demo above shows each one beside the decision that led to it.
Where AI fits
Setting AI up inside the tools you already have is AI consulting. When that setup needs a custom connection or a plugin, we build it here.
AI consulting and setupAutomation without new software
Many jobs need no new software at all, only the apps you have talking to each other.
Business automationCommon questions
More questions owners ask
What kind of custom software do you build?
Integrations between apps, plugins for software a business already uses, custom workflows and internal tools. Examples: a review leaderboard with QR review badges (live), a client results portal inside our CRM (live in testing), a virtual try-on for jewelry (in development) and a lead-capture browser extension we use ourselves.
Should we build custom software or use an existing tool?
Use an existing tool when one does the job, even if it needs a connection to your other apps. Build when the tool doesn't exist, when a connection would break easily, or when the process is specific to your business. We work this out with you before anything is quoted.
Can you connect our existing apps instead of building something new?
Yes, and that is where we start. Custom integrations, Zapier and n8n connect most of the apps small businesses use.
Business automationHow much does custom software cost?
Each build is quoted after we scope it on a call, because the price depends on what has to connect and what has to be built. Plan pricing for websites and the CRM is on the pricing page.

Every business runs on different tools, so we ask how yours works and scope the job with you before anything is quoted.
