Google Business Profile management that keeps your listing complete and accurate.
Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing a customer sees when they check your name, services and reviews. We set it up or clean it up: categories, services, hours, photos and description. Then we keep it consistent with your website and your other Maps listings, so the people checking you out have a reason to call.

0 of 6 listings match the profile. Consistent details make the business easy to verify. It is not a promise of rankings.
- Claim and verify the profiles your customers actually use
- Keep your name, phone, hours, services, and service area consistent
- Connect Google Maps, Bing Places, Apple Maps, social profiles, and your website
- Treat Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, and trade directories as trust signals, not shortcuts
Do customers really read reviews?
Yes. In BrightLocal's 2026 survey, 97% of respondents said they read reviews for local businesses.
The survey covered 1,002 U.S. adults and local businesses generally. Put genuine reviews near your project photos and contact details, so someone checking your business can see both the work and what customers thought of it.

For an eligible local business, it is the place to manage how your business appears on Google Maps and Search.
Claiming and verifying your profile gives you control over details such as hours, services, photos, and contact information. A business may already have an unclaimed listing; verification is not a promise of top placement.
Google: improving local visibilityWill more five-star reviews put me first on Maps?
Reviews help, but they are not the only factor. Google considers relevance, distance, and prominence.
Request honest feedback after real work and respond thoughtfully. Do not buy reviews or ask only happy customers. A strong profile still needs accurate categories, useful details, and a website that explains your services.
Google: local ranking factorsWhich other listings are worth my time?
Start where your customers actually check: Bing, Apple Maps, relevant social profiles, and trusted local or trade directories.
Nextdoor, Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot, or MapQuest may matter for your audience. Keep the phone, hours, name, and service area consistent. You do not need to maintain every directory on the internet.
If I have reviews, why do I still need a website?
Reviews help establish trust. Your website answers the questions that come next.
Show the work you do, where you serve, what the estimate process looks like, and how to reach you. Connect that inquiry to your CRM so the introduction becomes a conversation you can follow up on.
Common questions

Is a Google Business Profile free?
Yes. Creating, verifying and updating a Google Business Profile costs nothing from Google. The work is in setting it up well: choosing categories, writing the description, adding services and photos, getting through verification and keeping it current. You can do that yourself, or we can handle it as a one-time setup or as part of a monthly plan.
View plans & pricingHow does a Google Business Profile work?
Google shows your profile in Search and Maps when someone looks up your name or a service near them. Once you claim and verify it, you control the details: categories, hours, services, photos, posts and replies to reviews. Customers can call, get directions or open your website from it. The public can suggest edits too, so check the profile regularly.
How do I remove a duplicate Google Business Profile?
Decide which profile to keep, usually the verified one with your reviews. If you manage both, ask Google Business Profile support to remove the duplicate. If someone else manages it, open it on Google Maps, choose Suggest an edit and report it as a duplicate. Google makes the final call, and we can help with this during a profile setup or cleanup.
