Do you require a long-term contract?+
Monthly plans have no fixed long-term commitment, but our accepted Terms still apply. We request 30 days' written notice for an ordinary service cancellation and planned handoff. Mandatory cancellation rights take priority; an unpaid balance does not prevent a valid cancellation request. Annual billing follows the refund policy below.
What do I own if I cancel?+
Your domain, supplied branding, customer records, and client-owned accounts remain yours. Final client-specific website and brand deliverables transfer under the payment and handoff conditions in our Terms, including the applicable notice period. Our reusable workflows, CRM configurations, snapshots, and agency tools stay with us unless separately licensed. Owning your website does not include ongoing hosting or a CRM subscription.
How much of my plan goes toward SEO and AI-search visibility?+
SEO and AI-search visibility work are built into every plan. Business Foundation includes the technical and on-page foundation, Google Business Profile optimization, crawlable site structure, and clear service content. Growth Engine and Pro add monthly content and ongoing search and AI-search visibility work. AEO and GEO are useful labels, but they do not replace foundational SEO.
Does Growth Engine Pro include advertising spend?+
No. Your monthly plan covers campaign strategy, setup, creative, management, optimization, lead tracking, reporting, and ongoing support. Your advertising budget is paid directly to Google, Meta, or another advertising platform and remains under your control.
What does satisfaction guaranteed mean?+
If you are unhappy during your first 30 days, notify us in writing. On a monthly plan, we refund the initial recurring service payment. On an annual plan, we retain one month at the standard monthly rate and refund the remaining prepaid service fee. Monthly-plan setup fees cover work already performed and are nonrefundable. Annual plans have no setup fee. AI, phone, messaging, advertising, domain, and other third-party charges are also nonrefundable. This promise does not guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, or other business results.
How do annual cancellations and refunds work?+
Our ordinary annual policy uses 30 days' written notice, rounds partial service months up, and refunds full unused months at the prepaid annual fee divided by twelve. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights take priority. Annual plans have no setup fee. A valid cancellation stops further renewal. If we end the relationship without your breach, we prorate unused prepaid service instead; see the Terms for details.
How does the 7-day free trial work?+
Pick any plan and add a payment method (a card or bank account on monthly plans, a bank account on yearly plans). Nothing is charged today. We set up a CRM account so you can look around and see how it would work for your business. Building, phone and texting setup start only once your plan begins. If you don't cancel within 7 days, your plan starts and you are charged the plan price plus its one-time setup (annual plans have free setup). Cancel any time during the trial from your account page or by contacting us, and nothing is charged.
What if Google won't verify my Business Profile?+
Google decides whether a profile is verified, so no one can guarantee it. If Google won't verify your profile, we fix whatever it flags and try again at no charge. If it still isn't verified within 60 days, you get a full refund, as long as you sent us what we asked for within 5 business days each time and completed Google's own steps, such as the video check. A profile that Google suspends after it is verified is a separate job.
How are calls, texts and AI usage billed?+
Usage is billed separately from your plan, based on what you actually use: phone calls, text messages, email sending and AI conversations. It is charged to the card on your account as you go. We walk you through the rates before anything is switched on.
How much does a custom website cost?+
A custom website is $1,997 one time, with its first year of hosting included and no monthly plan needed. To have it managed along with your Google Business Profile, CRM and review requests, Business Foundation is $397 a month plus $497 setup on monthly billing. Annual billing waives the setup.
How much does an AI receptionist cost per month?+
AI Growth includes the AI receptionist, missed-call text back and AI chat for $697 a month, plus $997 setup on monthly billing. On Business Foundation, the Phone + AI receptionist add-on is $300 a month plus $500 setup. Calls, texts and AI conversations are billed separately, based on what you use.
