Customer reactivation and referral campaigns for small businesses.
A useful campaign starts with a customer reason: seasonal work, maintenance, an open estimate, or a service they already need. Connect the message to your CRM so a reply becomes something your team can act on.

Hi Dana, it's Kestrel Roofing. It has been a while since we worked on your roof. Want us to take a look before winter? Reply YES and we'll find a time.
Dana and the business name fill in for every contact.

Kestrel Roofing and every contact, message and reply here are sample data. It shows how a campaign runs, not a result.

- Referral asks that go out on their own
- Email and text from the same place
- See what got opened, booked, and paid
What should a contractor send in a campaign?
Send something relevant to the customer's situation, with one clear next step.
Try a seasonal scheduling reminder, a maintenance check-in, or a helpful answer to a question that delays estimates. Segment the audience so past customers and new inquiries do not receive the same message by default.
Where do videos and social posts fit?
Use them to show real work and answer the questions people ask before they book.
A project walkthrough can support a service page, a social post, and a follow-up email. Our Marketing page shows examples of client video work. Get permission before sharing customer details, and do not present stock footage as your own project.
Do I need paid ads as well?
Not every business needs to start with ads. First make sure inquiries have somewhere useful to go.
Growth Engine adds ongoing videos, articles, and social content. Growth Engine Pro adds paid campaign management. Ad budget is separate and paid to the platforms; content production and media spend are different parts of the plan.
How do I know a campaign is working?
Follow the replies through to booked estimates, completed jobs, and margin.
Views and opens help diagnose a message, but they do not pay the crew. Connect the campaign to the CRM pipeline, keep opt-outs respected, and compare business results before increasing the budget.
